Description

On the corner of Sogngårdsholmsvej and Universitetsboulevarden in Aalborg, 56 family residences have been erected in a square settlement with a total of 132 residences.

Lektorgaarden will become a junction point in Aalborg in pace with the new BRT bus line being established in the town district. Here, during 2021, 132 families will move into new and attractive residences, which will be located together with shops and offices.

About the project:

- Square settlement in 6-7 storey height and with a tower of 15 storeys
- 112 general residences
- 20 private apartments

There has been delivered 14 x Allux LC4 - 7 module in black with grey flap and 8 x Allux LC4 - 5 module in black with grey flap for the project.
