Description

The condominiums in Parkbyen are distributed in two of the total eight towers – Tower 1 and Tower 2 – that are stretching for the sky with respectively 10 and 12 stories. The residences vary from 2- to 4-room apartments with sizes between 75 and 112 well distributed square meters. Common for all the apartment types is the choice of beautiful and durable materials in a timeless Scandinavian design, as well as an amazing light incidence and the apartment’s own large balcony with a beautiful view.
The balconies of the apartments are chosen in a red and green colour, which is an ongoing theme all the way down to the system mailboxes. For this reason, Allux LC4 system mailboxes in matching colours have been chosen, which gives the construction the final touch.
