Description |
116 new residences have been erected by Boligselskabet Sydfyn on Mølmarksvej under the name Nordre Park. The new residences vary in type from apartments to terraced houses, as well as in size from 45 to 110 m2. The residences vary from one to four room apartments and are addressed to people of all ages and family compositions. The residences have been erected on the ground where Nordre School earlier was located. The old school continues living in the new construction in form of the red bricks, which have been reused from the old school construction. Apart from the new residences, a new SPAR grocery store and several rental properties have been erected on the ground. More information about the project can be found here. |
